Damn that is a lot of 1st round picks gone but would make you the number one contender for the cup each year for a little while

I think that Karlsson trade looks very even and good for both sides from a neutral perspective. With those other trades as well, you'd be losing a lot of your future prospect pool, but It'd be worth it for the cup I imagine. I don't think the pens are interested in Coburn and only have around $1 mil in cap space so you'd have to find another team that might see value in him beyond his cap hit. Also I don't think you could get both Tanev and Granlund for what you're giving the Canucks, since they're probably looking towards the future and wouldn't want a long-term contract like Killorn's hanging over their heads. They'd really be hoping for a 1st or at least a 2nd and a decent prospect for Tanev.

Cally is damaged goods not on ir with a massive cap for 2 years, moving up 31 spots is not going to cut it. This is basically a 2nd for a 3rd, a 5th, a probably not and big dump. Cally = -1st and -2nd. Since you won't have picks under 26ish, it would cost you; 1st round equivalent prospect and your 1st. Anything less than that and you're stuck with him. Killorn says no.
